The following terms and conditions apply when you use our site. Please review these when you enter our site and in order to make an informed decision when placing an order with us. (Yup, the lawyers made us do this.)

Terms and Conditions
1. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
2. Our prices are indicated in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
3. All prices are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services tax (GST).
4. Delivery is charged at the published rate for most global addresses.
5. If for some reason we are unable to provide delivery to an address, we will inform you by email and cancel your order or provide you with a full refund at your request.
6. Shipments within New Zealand are delivered via a domestic economy service.
7. International shipments are generally provided for by International Air services. If for some reason we cannot provide this service we will notify you of the problem by email before making the shipment.
8. Your shipment will generally leave our premises within 1 to 14 business days, dependent upon availability. If for some reason we are unable to ship your product within this timeframe, you will be advised by email.
9. All items purchased from Voodoo Tuesday are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
10. Any major credit or debit card, which is accepted by our transaction agent, Worldpay, can be used to make payment.
11. We are bound by the terms of use and settlement arrangements that we have entered into with Worldpay.
12. Payment will be debited from your credit or debit account before the despatch of your purchase.
13. In the interest of reducing fraudulent use of any payment system, and in the interest of reducing Internet fraud, we reserve the right to refuse or reject any order. We also reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order to a post office box or any other similar address which might be incomplete or falsely identified by any means.
14. We will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
15. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
16. By visiting our site, you agree that the laws of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Voodoo Tuesday Limited or any of our affiliates.
17. This site is the property of Voodoo Tuesday Limited. Unauthorised, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unlawful use of this site is expressly prohibited.
