Life. Love. Friendship. Food. We're passionate about all of it. For us, the name "Voodoo Tuesday" conjures up images of Mardi Gras - great music, mystical charms, delicious food, hot spice and warm hospitality.

The cuisine, music and festivities of the Mardi Gras festival have been infused over time by a wide variety of cultures. These include Spanish, English, French, African, Italian, Portuguese, Indian, Caribbean, and there are certainly many more. This melting pot of regional, cultural and social influences is has created strong, festive associations with flavours, colours and social events.

These were important considerations to us when we began the concept of what has become Voodoo Tuesday. From the outset, we wanted to create an organisation that would represent quality without pretence, a passion for life, an inclination for simplicity and a good measure of global sensibility.
