We take privacy very seriously. We think our customers do too. We've designed our Privacy Policies around our own
experiences with the Internet, as well as what we think is best practice in the global environment. Please review our
policies below - and if you have any questions or comments later, please email us on askus@voodootuesday.com.
Personal Details
You've provided us with details about you so that we can better serve You - and not others. We personally guarantee
that we will not onsell or otherwise transmit the personal information you have provided us to other organisations for
any reason.
And if you've joined us, we won't bombard you with emails either. We hate junk mail as much as you. You may have told
us a bit about your likes when registering as a member - we use this in an effort to tailor information about ourselves
to you. But if we don't have anything newsworthy to say, we won't send you mail. After all, we recognise that you can
always choose to browse our site whenever you like.
If you no longer wish to receive updates from us, you can request that we remove your name from our list. Simply send
us an email, asking that we do so.
Friend-Tell-Friend
If you have issued a friend-tell-friend card about us to someone you know, rest assured that we will treat their
details as confidentially as your own. Also, we won't add their name or address information to our database unless
they choose to join themselves. And if they do choose to join, we'll treat them with the same respect that we treat
all our members.
When Shopping
When you exit our marketplace with the intent to make a purchase, you will enter the shopping cart area. Here you will
be asked for your name & address, telephone number, shipping instructions and email address. These details will come to
Voodoo Tuesday to ensure that we can prepare your order and send it to you. If we have any questions about your
shipping instructions, we will contact you at the email address you have provided.
When you are asked to enter your credit card details, you will have actually been passed onto a secure environment at
our Internet credit card agent, WorldPay. WorldPay is a world leader in e-commerce, using state of the art technology
over the Internet. It is WorldPay who will securely collect your credit card number and expiry date, and it is
WorldPay who will then conduct the credit card authorisation. As soon as your card has been authorised, WorldPay will then
notify us of your successful transaction. Once we receive their notification, we can let you know that your goods
are on the way.
At no time during this process will Voodoo Tuesday collect or store information about your credit card. In the
shopping cart area, we collect only your name and shipment information - in order to get your shipment to you.
