• If the product is damaged, we’ll replace it & reship it, free of charge.
• If the return is a result of our error, we’ll even refund your non-express International Air or International Economy shipping charges.
• If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return, which you can use again at any time to purchase from Voodoo Tuesday. The certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped.

We can ship a product exchange within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. Note that exchanges are subject to product availability – if for some reason we cannot provide an exchange within 14 business days, we’ll let you know by email. You may then choose another product at the same price, choose a gift certificate or a refund.

All refunds (with the exception of gifts) are credited back in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. The refund will be made within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving the return. We’ll send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.

If you’d prefer a gift certificate in place of the refund, please let us know in writing when you return your shipment. We will post the certificate to your address, and send you an email to let you know that it is on its way.

Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

How to Return an Item

When returning an item to us, please repack it carefully and wrap it securely. Use the appropriate material for breakable items (ex. bubble wrap or filler), and ensure that fragile items are clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Include the following:

• the original packing slip (this has the order number on it)
• your name and address information
• your email address
• your reason for returning the item
• whether you are requesting a refund, exchange or a gift certificate
• a note to tell us if it was a gift
