Shipping within New Zealand

If you are placing an order for delivery within New Zealand, we will send your package by a domestic economy service. We provide this service to you free of charge. You should expect your parcel within 2 – 5 days of shipping. If you haven’t received your delivery within nineteen days, please contact us on orders@voodootuesday.com and we’ll look into it for you.

International Shipping

We have chosen to provide air shipment to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect your shipment to arrive within a week to key destinations in Asia, North America, Europe and Australia. (Please note that out of the way places may take a little bit more time.) Unfortunately, if ordering less than 16 products we cannot provide this as a free service at this time, however you should find our shipping costs quite competitive. If your order hasn’t arrived within twenty-eight days, please contact us on orders@voodootuesday.com and we’ll look into it for you.

If for some reason we are unable to provide delivery to your address, or are unable to provide shipment by means of International Air, we’ll notify you of the problem before making the shipment.

All Shipments

Your shipment will generally leave our premises within 1 to 14 business days, dependent upon product availability. If you have requested multiple products, we will not ship the order until all items are available.

If for some reason we are unable to release your product within this timeframe, we will advise you by email. At that time, you may then choose to cancel the order, change the order, or receive a full refund from us.

Track and Trace At this point, we cannot provide Track & Trace for packages under 2kgs. If your package is over 2kgs and you require this service, please contact us. Additional charges will apply.

Customs & Customs Forms

When you purchase goods for delivery, you are considered the importer on record and you must comply with local laws and customs regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. All countries have differing regulations, we suggest that you familiarise yourself with your country’s rules and regulations when importing products. Voodoo Tuesday is not responsible for customs regulations outside of New Zealand. We cannot be held liable for any duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges that your country may levy on goods that you have purchased from us. We have no control over these, nor can we predict what they might be.

Customs Forms

Customs forms (“declarations”) must accompany all international shipments. These forms are found on the outside labelling of your package and will identify all the contents of the shipment as well as the value.
