How to use our Spice Blends
Our spice blends have been carefully chosen, blended and tested to help you, quickly and simply, get the very best
out of your cooking at home. While there are many cooking techniques with which you can prepare food with spices,
the basic principle of applying spices by shaking, spooning or dusting, will generally apply. How much you apply
might be determined by the recipe you are following, or by your own good taste.
We have provided recipes for our spice products but please don’t limit yourself to these. We encourage you to
experiment with different tastes, or try substituting some of our spice blends in place of the spices used in
some of your favourite recipes.
